Jon T. Gimpel, Chairman/CEO
Despite Jon’s formal education in industrial design, this self-made man’s passion for more than 40 years has been focused time and again on sales and customer service. His motto: “Hire good people, let them do what they do best and never micromanage.” That motto helped Jon earn recognition in 2002 as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. His roots in sales began with Eli Lilly and continued while he enjoyed an extremely successful career in printing sales with the Hennegan Co. In 1986 he founded Aero Fulfillment Services, hiring an experienced staff to run the organization on a day-to-day basis. In 2003 Jon handed the reins for the day-to-day operations to his son, John Gimpel, but continues to actively participate in sales and marketing activities for the company.

In 2001, Chris sold his company and started his career with Aero as the National Sales Director, Central Region. His proactive selling approach resulted in an immediate impact to Aero's sales, as he broke sales records and exceeded sales quotas every year. Chris' accomplished sales strategies, relentless pursuit to provide practical fulfillment solutions, and passion for "being a resource to our clients" all paved the way for his promotion to vice president of sales & marketing in 2005.
