    We are proud to have reached Pinnacle Status with a client considered by most to be the world’s leading consumer package goods company. This means we have qualified as one of the top 5% of their vendors, worldwide, in meeting all of their stringent requirements in their “Key Elements Program”. The specifics of this program are, of course, proprietary however - they do include a wide range of high quality and process requirements including: development and management of SOP’s, validation processes for core elements i.e. security, calibration and system testing, expiration and lot control management, and CGMP/GMP compliance, measurement and reporting of key quality metrics.

Our flexible aeroNavigator system architecture allows us to easily support both direct to consumer and business-to-business distributions for these products. We provide online real-time access to materials or we integrate with existing client systems to support the fulfillment of these needs.

In addition to standard fulfillment services, our consumer package goods clients often take advantage of our packaging, kitting, and re-labeling expertise. We routinely provide these services for batches or single-orders – pulling from just a few SKU’s to more than 5,000 at a time. Most orders are picked, packed and shipped the same business day they are received.

We host and manage websites for several product lines to support both the non-revenue and revenue requirements. Inventory can be allocated to effectively support both audiences based on client requirements. aeroNavigator provides complete cashiering and reporting support for these orders.

Our Call Center is staffed from 9:00am until 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday and handles thousands of calls each week for orders and questions related to the status of orders received. This support handles questions about billing and products requested. Each program can be assigned its own toll free number to isolate transactions and provide personalized service.

    Our publishing clients appreciate the large, 450,000 sq. ft. footprint, expandable to 700,000 sq. ft., we provide. In fact, one of our facilities has been configured specifically with our publishing clients in mind, providing very narrow aisle (VNA) configuration for maximum warehousing efficiency. We support trade publication distribution, and complete in-house ASN capabilities to ensure seamless ordering and delivery to large retailers such as Barnes & Noble. We also support consumer distribution for book-of-the-month type programs and per-order fulfillment. Our pallet capacity is currently at 50,000, easily expandable to an additional 50,000, and we’re currently shipping millions of units monthly - comprised of literally thousands of SKU’s. Plus, we process, on average, 20,000 units of returns daily. We also provide all the back end invoicing, check and credit card processing for our clients in the publishing industry. So, whether it’s one book shipped direct to a consumer or carton quantities shipped to trade accounts, Aero provides a single source to manage all our publishing clients’ fulfillment and distribution needs. Getting the paper samples to field sales reps when they need them is important to the success of many projects. Their success is important to us.
